Major rules that Joe Biden will ignore on his first day in office

US President-elect Joe Biden is all set to overturn some laws on his first day in office set by President Trump.

All laws are unconstitutional, governmental or executive orders, which allows Biden to repeal them at any time.

Mr Biden's campaign team told Fox News on Monday that on the first day it would repeal rules barring certain Muslim nationals from entering the United States and leaving the country from the World Health Organization (WHO).

However, some of the rules are in court, which can lead to delays in contacting the president-elect. Trump's White House - for now - has not responded to Fox's call.

Biden has vowed to repeal Trump's tax cuts and remove the country from the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.

It will also repeal the Mexico City Policy, which Trump repealed shortly after taking office in 2017. The law prohibits giving support to organizations, which help abortion women.

Other laws related to abortion and those that restrict the provision of affordable health care to the people, are all thought to be among those that the Biden government and Kamala Harris will oppose.

The return of the United States to the WHO is a sign of Biden's efforts to fight the cholera epidemic, as he has repeatedly emphasized.

Trump's campaign team began filing a lawsuit against the Supreme Court on Monday.
