Five people have been killed in a plane crash in France

A helicopter has crashed in France, killing five of the six passengers on board, according to authorities.

The plane, owned by a company, was on a rescue mission when it crashed near the town of Bonvillard in Savoie County.

The cause of the accident is still unknown, but authorities say it may have been caused by bad weather.

The pilot was the first to announce their condition, which jumped over the back of the well with serious injuries.

The ship is owned by Service Aérien Français, which conducts rescue operations and other operations in France.

In a Twitter message, French President Emmanuel Macron expressed his "and the nation's condolences to the families of the victims and their friends as French heroes".
