Teams that reach the second round of the Champions League

Ten teams have reached the knockout stages of this year’s Champions League, with six expected to lose on Wednesday.

Borussia Dortmund lead the group, as have Juventus, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea.

The eighth group is in contention, after RB Leipzig are in first place, following a 3-2 win over Manchester United on Tuesday in Germany.

The match between Paris Saint-Germain and Istanbul Basaksehir, which was postponed on Tuesday, will be rescheduled as players leave the pitch following allegations that the fourth official discriminated against.

The match will also be played with a new waiting-and-see referee as agreed by the clubs.

However, PSG are second in the group and Manchester United will return to the Europa League.

Other runners-up in the Champions League include Porto, Sevilla, Lazio and Barcelona, who finished second in their group.

The second group is expected to see Borussia Monchengladbach, Shakhtar Donetsk and Real Madrid each lead the table.

Real Madrid should win, and Ukraine should not beat Inter.

After Manchester United return to the Europa League, Krasnodar, Club Brugge and Dynamo Kiev will return to this year’s competition.
