US President Donald Trump has ordered a new law that says federal government buildings must be beautified in the future.
Tump said he wanted them to be built in the style of an ancient Greek or Roman building.
The law says many of the government buildings are still “unoccupied”, as of the last century.
She said the government building should look like “most popular places” like the White House.
While traditionalists would welcome the law, most did not.
The American Institute of Architects says it is “strongly opposed” to the move.
The new law – titled “Promoting Beautiful Federal Civic Architecture” – sets up a forum to advise the president on future government buildings.
